Do you use name-brand, quality materials?+
Absolutely. We only use Nobel Biocare, Straumann, and Osstem implant systems; IPS e.max and Ivoclar Vivadent ceramics; 3M composites and adhesives; and Dentsply Sirona instruments. We never use counterfeit or unbranded materials, and you receive documentation of exactly what materials were used in your treatment.

Our clinic is purpose-built to meet international standards. We use hospital-grade autoclave sterilisation, sealed instrument pouches, single-use protective equipment, and strict barrier techniques. Does my Australian health insurance cover overseas dental treatment?+
Most Australian private health insurance policies do not cover overseas dental treatment. Do Australians need a visa to visit Vietnam?+
Yes, Australians require a visa. You can apply for an e-Visa online through Vietnam's official immigration portal. What's the best time of year to visit Ho Chi Minh City?+
Ho Chi Minh City has a tropical climate with dry (November–April) and wet (May–October) seasons. The dry season is most popular with tourists due to pleasant weather.
